About this Project
The Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center (AWBERC) houses research laboratories, training facilities, and administrative offices requiring regular O&M support. It is one of the EPA’s largest research and development facilities for water research and hazardous waste management in the country. CNC provides the management team and personnel to perform facilities management, grounds maintenance, and more. Our skilled personnel on-site operate physical plant, maintain buildings and equipment, and complete grounds maintenance activities, including snow removal. CNC provides skilled boiler operators to operate the power plant on a continuous 24 hour a day basis.
In addition to the daily and regular maintenance performed for the EPA, CNC has also performed a number of Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task orders for projects not included in the primary scope of the contract. These contracts include everything from more specific HVAC balancing or maintenance, to drain replacements, to building fences, and more.
